Bellway launches London brand

To help align it with the first-time buyer market in the capital, Bellway has launched a new London brand.

Bellway London is an evolution of the company’s heritage in affordable locations across Zones 2 to 6, where the company has built a strong reputation.

Ian Gorst, Bellway’s Regional Chairman for London and the South East, said: “Bellway has a long history of delivering homes that people want to live in and can afford to buy, with an unwavering focus on the quality of the product, strong locations and a positive customer experience.

“This remains a vibrant sector of the market where demand is high. Rightmove recently identified that buying a home was becoming increasingly affordable and Halifax has recorded the highest number of first-time buyers since 2007.

“Establishing a Bellway London brand seemed the logical next step to consolidate our position within this market.”

“We felt a contemporary brand, which will be highly visible across our core areas, would help people to immediately identify any development as belonging to Bellway London and all it stands for.”

Bellway London’s branding sits on a black backdrop with a selection of accent colours. Lion Wharf in Old Isleworth was the first development to be fully rebranded in the Bellway London livery.
