Rushmoor Borough Council has approved planning consent for housebuilder Redrow’s first phase of new homes located along Shoe Lane in Farnborough, Hampshire.
The 24 acre site has been named Vale Croft Woods and the initial phase will contain 20 homes for private sale ranging in size from three- to five-bedrooms. Further private homes, alongside 53 affordable homes, will be delivered in the future. Once complete, the entire site will comprise of 176 homes, alongside the retention of four locally listed buildings after outline planning consent was secured from the council in May 2020, with a total GDV of £94.2m

Construction on this first housing phase is due to start in March 2023, and the community is expected to launch to market in April 2023.
