The newly unveiled show home is a redbrick design featuring extensive brick detailing and a timber-framed roofed entrance. The interior exudes a contemporary style with a neutral palette of tonal whites and beiges, accented with pops of vibrant colour, such as a deep aubergine purple sofa in the living room. Texture has been added throughout with grassy and leafy plants, throws and cushions which feature a contrast of sharp and curved lines, and a variety of geometric patterns.
A standout feature of the show home is the kitchen, with blush pink shaker cabinetry, contrasting white quartz worktops, and a large kitchen island. Along the back of the house are large French doors, which open onto the garden to bring the outside in and flood the reception rooms with light. Accessed off the kitchen is a spacious utility room, furnished with the same fitted pink cabinets. There is a separate dining room next to the living room, as well as a downstairs bathroom just off the entrance hall.
