Bellway begins work on last six homes in Witchford

Construction work on the final six homes at The Vickers in Witchford is now underway.

Bellway Eastern Counties is nearing completion of 110 of the 116 homes at the development off Manor Road, including 75 houses for private sale and 35 affordable properties.

The site team is now starting work on the final six homes, which were originally designated as self-build properties. These will now be built by Bellway, as the two-year window for buyers to acquire these plots has now passed, to enable the completion of the overall site.

Rhiannon Jones, Head of Sales for Bellway Eastern Counties, said: “It is important that the last six plots at The Vickers are finished so that construction work can be concluded on site for the benefit of our customers and their neighbours.

“Our construction staff are now working hard to finish these plots so that we can offer them to prospective buyers and enable existing residents to enjoy the benefits of living within a completed new community.

“We hope to complete all construction on site by the end of the year.”

The final six homes will all be detached houses from Bellway’s Artisan Collection.
