Pye Homes | Radley College
Radley College has appointed Pye Homes, part of Blenheim Estate Homes, to build 240 new properties on its land. The site will include 84 affordable homes; 21 of which will be shared ownership and the remaining 63 will form part of an affordable rent scheme. The remaining 156 will be available to buy on the open market.

“We are delighted to be working with such an internationally renowned institution on such a prestigious development,” said Pye Homes MD Graham Flint. The build programme is forecast to take approximately five years and work is anticipated to get under way in April or May 2020. Find out more…

RedrowRedrow Homes | Kingsland Park, Northampton
Redrow Homes South Midlands has been granted planning permission to build 132 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes at a new 13-acre development in Northampton. 46 new homes will be allocated as affordable housing. Homes at Kingsland Park will feature styles from the popular Arts and Crafts inspired Heritage range.

Spitfire Bespoke HomesSpitfire Bespoke Homes | Rosebank, Chobham, Surrey
Spitfire Bespoke Homes has launched its latest development, Rosebank on the eastern edge of the village of Chobham in Surrey. The new homes have a choice of four and five bedrooms, and include traditional design features embellished with architectural detail – designed to create a varied street scene. The homes each feature intricate tile hanging, cottage style oak framed porches, projecting window seats and annexes above two of the garages.

The new homes feature underfloor heating and Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware. Glazed bi-fold doors and an emphasis on open plan living spaces means the homes have a high degree of natural light. The individually designed kitchens feature quartz worktops and integrated appliances. Find out more…

 

Higgins | Grange Farm Estate, South Harrow
Higgins has been awarded a £22.5 million contract to design and build the first phase of the Grange Farm Estate in South Harrow. The contract will include the demolition of existing blocks within Grange Farm Close and Osmond Close and the design and build of 68 new council homes and 21 Shared Ownership properties with parking, a new sub-station, external works and services.

Steve Leakey, Managing Director of Higgins commented: “This is an extremely important project that will provide much needed homes, built to Lifetime Homes standards, for existing and new residents. We are proud to have been chosen by Harrow Council as the contractor and look forward to starting on site in the near future.”

Peveril HomesPeveril Homes | Woodcroft, Moira
Peveril Homes will open the doors to its new show home on its award-winning Woodcroft development in Moira on Saturday 2nd November. Plot 74 at The Lodges has been held back by Peveril to allow the Derbyshire-based company to showcase this house type. Constructed as part of The Lodges phase of Peveril’s Woodcroft development, this Birch Lodge is a five-bedroom home which enjoys natural light thanks to floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom, opening onto a Juliet balcony.

On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with bi-fold doors leading onto an enclosed timber veranda, as well as a separate study, cloakroom, toilet and separate utility room. Avant HomesAvant Homes | Woodyard Park, Nottingham
Midlands housebuilder Avant Homes has been given the green light on a new £37.4m development, after planning permission was granted by Nottingham City Council. Located three miles from Nottingham City Centre on the site of a former Siemens factory on Woodyard Lane, the 9.3-acre development will feature 110 houses across a selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom housetypes. 10 per cent of the development will offer affordable homes.

Groundworks on the new development, named Woodyard Park, have commenced immediately with the marketing suite expected to open in February 2020 and the showhomes following in May. The overall build is estimated to take approximately four years and the first homes are expected to be completed in July 2020. Find out more…
