Works commenced on the 144-home 13-acre site in March 2021, making it Avant Homes’ third development at Waverley since the launch of Sorby Row and Sorby Village in 2017.
Sorby Park at Waverley will feature three, four and five-bedroom homes across 13 of Avant Homes’ high-quality house designs. The first homes are available from £224,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached property.
Each property at the development comprises Avant Homes’ latest superior specification as standard. This includes an open-plan living space featuring a designer kitchen with integrated appliances and bi-fold doors. Bathrooms have full-height tiling with the ensuite boasting a digitally controlled shower. Sorby Park will also be one of the first Avant Homes’ developments to include under floor heating, which is the housebuilder’s newest enhancement to its standard specification.
