A five-bedroom showhome has been unveiled at Bellway London’s development in Hornchurch.
The housebuilder has thrown open the doors to the Willow house type at St George’s Park, which is taking shape on the former St George’s Hospital site off Suttons Lane.
The developer is delivering 365 new homes over two phases on the site, which was sold for around £40 million by NHS Property Services in 2018.
In phase one, Bellway is building 194 homes – a mix of two to five-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments. In phase two, the developer is delivering 162 new homes – a combination of one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses.
The Willow is a detached five-bedroom family home over three floors, with a large kitchen/dining/family room, a separate living room, a study and a utility room downstairs. The first floor features a bedroom with an en suite shower room, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom, while the entire top floor is taken up by the master bedroom, with en suite and additional storage space.
