First homes at the Quakers Walk development in Devizes, by Bellway, will be delivered later in the year.
Plans to build 123 homes in Devizes have been approved by Wiltshire Council. Housebuilder Bellway has now commenced construction work on land off Quakers Walk, with the first homes due to be completed later this year.
The development will be known as Quakers Walk and will include a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties, as well as areas of public space.

“We are expecting a high level of interest in the homes at Quakers Walk and we are planning to release the first properties for sale this autumn.”
