Bellway has appointed a new sales advisor to help people find a new home at one of Europe’s biggest residential projects.
The housebuilder has brought Melania Rus onto the team at Barking Riverside, where Bellway London Partnerships is one of the developers helping to deliver more than 10,000 new homes.
Melania, from Essex, will be based at the sales office at Fielders Quarter where Bellway is currently building 371 new homes.
Bellway is set to deliver around 1,500 new homes on the former Barking Power Station site over the next ten years.
Melanie has joined Bellway from a sales position at JLL – the real estate services giant.
“At JLL my job was selling new homes but we were acting as agents for another company so there was always the extra process of having to check before any deals could be signed off,” said Melania. “Here at Bellway, I have so much more autonomy and can make decisions myself and use my experience and knowledge to help speed the sales process up.

Melania said she had worked as an estate agent for three years before her two-year stint at JLL.
