Construction work has now come to an end at a new housing development in Aston Clinton, where all the homes have now been sold.
Bellway has built 95 new homes at Estone Grange, off Chapel Drive in the village, with a range of three, four and five-bedroom houses provided for private sale and 27 affordable homes available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Work on site started in 2016 and, as part of the development, Bellway Northern Home Counties has injected more than £2.9 million into local services.
Designed with family lifestyles in mind, the homes at Bellway’s Estone Grange development have been popular with buyers from both the local area and further afield.
With all the houses on site now complete, the final residents at the development will move into their new homes shortly.
Sales Director for Bellway Northern Home Counties, Luke Southgate, said: “Over the past four years, as we’ve been providing much-needed homes in Aston Clinton, we’ve seen a vibrant new community take shape at Estone Grange.
“The lovely village setting has been a key point of interest for those who have been looking to move out of nearby cities to a more rural location – especially as we’ve seen people’s priorities shifting in the wake of the pandemic.
“With our houses becoming not just places to sleep but also places where we work, study and exercise, residents at Estone Grange have appreciated the flexible and spacious interiors of their new homes as well as their scenic surroundings and proximity to countryside.
“This part of the world also has good transport connections, near the A41 for Aylesbury or London and with direct rail links into the capital from Aylesbury or Tring.”
Although all homes are now sold at Estone Grange, Bellway has properties available in nearby Leighton Buzzard at Lestone Mews, where a variety of two, three and four-bedroom homes are being built, including detached and semi-detached houses, apartments and maisonettes.
