PH Homes has been granted permission to redevelop the former riding school site on Newton Hall Lane in Mobberley by Cheshire East’s Northern Planning Committee.
Plans for the 1.6 hectare site include 11 bespoke three, four and five bedroom properties that incorporate traditional features.
