Linden Homes is celebrating after the company achieved five-star status with the Home Builders Federation (HBF) this year.
The developer, which is part of Vistry Group, was named in the HBF’s annual list of the housebuilders most highly rated by their customers.
The award demonstrates that more than 90 per cent of Linden Homes’ customers who completed the HBF’s National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey would recommend the housebuilder to a friend.

It is an incredible feat which reflects our unwavering commitment to putting the customer at the centre of everything we do.

Since it was introduced in 2005, the HBF star rating has become the leading indicator for success in the new homes industry.
Vistry East Midlands, which has its divisional office in Peterborough, is currently building new homes across the city, and beyond in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
