Construction is nearing the final stages at Bellway’s Bramshall Green development in Uttoxeter, where all the homes have now been released for sale.
With just 12 out of the 119 homes within the development remaining for sale, there are just a few chances left for prospective buyers to purchase a new home here.
Work started at the development off Bramshall Road in 2017 and is scheduled to be completed this autumn.
The final homes for sale include a choice of two, three and four-bedroom designs, with prices starting from £189,995.
Marie Richards, Sales Director of Bellway West Midlands, said: “The final homes have now been released for sale at Bramshall Green, with the exception of the Lilac showhome, which is due to be released on the market in the coming weeks.

Bellway has been awarded a five-star rating by the Home Builders Federation for 2021 – the fifth year in succession. It means more than 90 per cent of customers would recommend the housebuilder to a friend or family member.
Bramshall Green features a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with the two-Almond design priced from £189,995, a choice of three-bedroom properties from £229,995, and a selection of four-bedroom detached houses from £315,995.
