Jones Homes Southern has unveiled a new Signature Collection, to be rolled out in larger homes across the company’s developments in the South East.
The first Signature Collection show home has opened at Jones Homes’ flagship Kingsborough Manor development in Eastchurch, Kent. The next development to feature the range will be Folders Grove, in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, where two Signature Collection show homes are due to open later this year.
Sales and Marketing Director Sara Stanhope said: “Jones Homes has built its reputation on creating homes which demonstrate the highest standards of design and specification. At Kingsborough Manor, we have spent 20 years building large executive homes to help attract new residents to the area and to meet the needs of people who already live in Eastchurch. This approach, which was masterminded by the local authority, has enabled us to create a thriving new community at Kingsborough Manor.”
The Signature Collection homes feature bathrooms that have been designed with full height Porcelanosa tiling, Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware and Hansgrohe taps, alongside Aqualisa digital showers and digital bath fillers.
The star of the Signature Collection at Kingsborough Manor is the garden room, which floods the homes with space and light through the large windows and bifold doors. There are also wider driveways, remote control garage doors and external floodlights.
Sara Stanhope said: “The new Signature Collection has been extremely well received at Kingsborough Manor and we are confident it will be just as popular when we unveil the homes at Folders Grove. The range has been driven by our customers’ feedback and it will continue to evolve, but the principles of luxurious fixtures and fittings, complemented by additional space and light, will remain at the heart of the collection.”
