New show homes open at Bolsover development

Jones Homes has opened two new show homes at its Cavendish Park development in Bolsover.

The Bentley and The Barbridge, both four-bedroom detached houses, are now available to view by private appointment.

Jones Homes is planning to build 133 new homes at Cavendish Park, off Oxcroft Lane, with a selection of three and four-bedroom homes now available to purchase.

Jayne Swift, Sales and Marketing Director for Jones Homes Yorkshire, said: “The new show homes at Cavendish Park are beautiful examples of the high-quality craftsmanship that goes into every house we build.

“This is an exciting opportunity for interested buyers to see two of the homes from our latest collection of designs, both of which will be the first to showcase these new interior layouts.

“Both The Bentley and The Barbridge have a contemporary style with plenty of space to accommodate a modern lifestyle for growing families.

“Following the success of neighbouring development Cavendish Grange, we have seen many buyers keen to move to this picturesque location on the edge of Bolsover.

“And since its launch in 2019, we have seen sustained interest at Cavendish Park too. As such, we are expecting the first appointments to view these new designs to be snapped up quickly.”

Cavendish Park will be a mix of three, four and five-bedroom houses. Prices currently start at £199,995 for The Birch, a three-bedroom semi-detached home.

As part of the planning agreement for Cavendish Park, Jones Homes is also investing around £800,000 in local services and infrastructure.

Jayne said: “Following the success of nearby Cavendish Grange, where we delivered 35 new homes, we are incredibly excited to be launching these new designs and look forward to continuing to safely welcome interested buyers to the development and hearing their thoughts on our new show homes.

“Appointments to view the show homes should be made in advance, and all viewings will be conducted with social distancing measures in place to protect visitors and staff.”
