House buyers who reserve their new home at Hanborough Gate before the end of 17 February, 2020 could receive up to £10,000 to help them achieve their New Year’s resolutions.
The New Home, New You offer, which is available on selected properties at the Long Hanborough development, will be provided as up to a £10,000 cashback ‘lump sum’ to help fund the purchaser’s health, educational and wellbeing aspirations for 2020.
The money can be put towards anything from gym membership and yoga classes to further education studies and taking up new healthy hobbies.
In order to be eligible, participants need to have a mortgage agreement in principle at the time of reservation. They will also have to specify their New Year’s Resolution and the equipment, courses, or training that they require.
“We wanted to help give homebuyers that extra incentive to achieve some of their personal health and wellbeing resolutions for 2020,” said PYE Homes MD Graham Flint.
“Our £10,000 New Home, New You offer will allow buyers to invest in themselves for the New Year, as well as their new home,” he added.
Hanborough Gate is a development by PYE Homes in partnership with the Blenheim Estate Homes and features a selection of two, three and four bedroom homes to the western side of Long Hanborough. A total of 169 homes will be built by the end 2021.
Its location on the edge of Long Hanborough village and just five miles from Witney and Woodstock makes it part of a wider local community with Blenheim Palace itself nearby.
The development is ideally placed for a balance of town and country living, with the opportunity for easy-commuting. Residents can make the most of the ‘Cotswolds’ lifestyle from their location in the Hanborough Gate community. The thriving village has over 50 clubs and activities from Sports, Fitness and Dance to Art Groups, Board & Card Games and Gardening clubs. There are specific groups and activities for children and for the older generation too, making Hanborough Gate a multi-generational, inclusive community.
The proximity to Blenheim Palace, and their opening up of extensive permissive pathways and cycle routes linking villages, means that residents can connect with nature and the great outdoors promoting ongoing health and wellness.
Blenheim Estate has also supported the development by opening up a new network of permissive footpaths to provide access to the surrounding landscape and countryside.
