Expansion of Connells land and new homes team follows ‘strong new homes performance’ in the last two years.
Connells Group has announced it is entering 2019 with a significantly enhanced Land and New Homes division – with the appointment of 14 property professionals across its network. Operating across a number of the Group’s estate agency brands throughout the UK, the additions to the division – which, in 2018 sold approximately 9,000 new homes – will, the company believes, enhance its current offering to the development industry and further promote its extensive services in the sector.
“This investment in new team members across Connells Group comes on the back of strong new homes performances in the last two years, having sold approximately 9,000 new homes in both 2017 and 2018, many of which have resulted from our increased influence in sourcing and selling development land to and for our developer clients. This comes despite more difficult trading conditions in 2018, shows our strength in this sector and supports our continued investment in this most important part of our business,” said Connells Group Land Director Roger Barrett (pictured).

Established for over 40 years – and comprising 40 land specialists, over 40 new homes sales managers, 110 dedicated news homes staff nationwide and the support of nearly 600 UK branches – Connells Group’s Land and New Homes division is able to advise on the sale and acquisition of land for residential development throughout the UK.
