The showhome at Bellway’s Cedarbrook Rise development in Goff’s Oak has been launched and is now open for viewing.
The property will give prospective purchasers the chance to have a look around a decorated and styled house on the 66-home development, which has already attracted a high level of interest from homebuyers.
More than 2,000 potential buyers registered their interest in Cedarbrook Rise before the site launched and five homes were reserved within an hour of the first properties going on sale.
By the end of July, more than a quarter of the homes on the market had sold with all purchases to date having been made off plan.
Buyers have not only been drawn in by the exclusivity of the development but also by the collection of homes on offer. All the properties are part of Bellway’s Artisan Collection, created with the customer in mind from decade’s worth of feedback and are all energy efficient homes, with attractive elevations.

The showhome is in The Harper style, which is a three-bedroom house. It has an open-plan kitchen/dining room with French doors to the garden and a separate living room. The main bedroom has an en suite and there is also a modern family bathroom.
