Planning permission granted to Freeman Homes at Weobley

Freeman Homes has been granted planning permission for a new residential housing development of 39 homes in Weobley, north-west Herefordshire.

Situated on land on the eastern edge of the village, ‘Oaklands Holt’ is a development consisting of 39 two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.The development has been designed to provides a welcoming neighbourhood feel – homes positioned around the communal garden reflect the existing village green layout. The cul-de-sac arrangement enhances the community feel as well as slowing traffic.

Freeman Homes’ Joint CEO Luke Freeman said, “We are delighted to have been given the go-ahead in Weobley. We are committed to building high quality individual homes and our team has worked hard to design a development to be proud of for years to come. Each individual home at Oaklands Holt been planned with modern living in mind – with consideration given to flexibility of space and generous storage. We’re looking forward to beginning work on the site very soon.”

The scheme is made up of a mix of terrace, semi-detached and detached homes and is designed to reflect the character of its  surroundings.
