Lovell Partnerships given green light for Teesside development

A new development in the North Yorkshire coastal area of Teesside has been given the go-ahead.

Conditional approval was granted in April by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council for Spencerbeck Farm in Ormesby, which comprises 46 brand-new three- and four-bedroom homes, all of which will be available on the open market.

Robert Adams, regional managing director at Lovell Partnerships, said: “We are delighted to have secured this site in an area that is new to Lovell Partnerships. While we are established in the North East, this is the first time that we will have ‘boots on the ground’ in Middlesbrough with our area director Paul Devaney at the helm.

“This is just the start of our work to solidify Lovell’s presence in the region. I’d like to say a massive well done to the team for getting this scheme off the ground and successfully through planning. We are committed to making quick progress to deliver high-quality housing in this excellent part of the country and create another new community where people can thrive.”
