Jones Homes is set to complete work on a three-year project to bring 48 new homes to Rufford.
Work on the former agricultural site began in 2016 and the final four homes are now available for sale.
Carol Barlow, Sales Director for Jones Homes Lancashire, said: “Now that the development is nearing completion, we are confident that the final homes will be purchased by people who fall in love with Roseacre Gardens, just as we have.
“Our aim at the outset was to provide high-quality homes that were befitting with this sought-after village. All four remaining homes at Roseacre Gardens are part of our Signature Collection, which offers Jones Homes’ highest specification. With added extras such as granite worktops and built-in Bluetooth sound systems, these truly are special homes which are sure to be treasured by their new owners.”
The development, which spans more than two hectares, also includes 14 two and three-bedroom affordable homes.
As part of its planning agreement for Roseacre Gardens, Jones Homes reports that it has contributed more than £96,000 to enhance public open spaces and £46,000 for road improvements to support the expansion of the village.
As work draws to a close in Rufford, Jones Homes has begun demolishing buildings at a site in Mawdesley where 56 new homes will be built. The development at Goodyear Business Park will also bring a new Scout hut to the area.
