Davidsons Homes has announced the launch of its latest development and new show home situated in Great Glen.
The Leicestershire housebuilder celebrated the opening of its St Cuthbert’s View development on Saturday 10th March with a launch day. The event included a special guest appearance from the Chairman of Great Glen Parish Council, Bill Glasper, who cut the ribbon to officially unveil the show home alongside his fellow Councillors.
Davidsons Homes’ Sales Director, Stephanie King, commented: “We had a fantastic turn out during our Great Glen show home launch. The children were spoiled with a sweet cart and face painter, while adults were treated to wine and nibbles. We’d hoped this would promote our absolute commitment to homeliness and togetherness. It seems as though this message translated well, as we are very proud to have sold two plots over the course of the day, on top of the eight which had already been reserved before the launch.
“This follows the success of the recent opening of our Husband Bosworth development where we sold a further two plots, bringing the total to 10 properties snapped up on The Willows site. We’re exceptionally proud to be offering people in the Midlands beautifully designed, quality-built homes, and trust that they’ll love every moment of creating happy memories with us.”
