Create Homes announces new development in South Ribble

The Farriers, site plan
Coming in 2020: A barn-style development at Little Hoole, near Preston by Create Homes

Following two successful developments in Inskip, Create Homes has announced it is to build eight new properties in Little Hoole, South Ribble.

After the launch of their two successful developments, St. Petersfield’s and Ash Meadows in Inskip, Create Homes has recently acquired another housing development plot in South Ribble, with plans to bring eight new exclusive barn style properties to the market in 2020.

‘The Farriers’ will be a small, select development, consisting of eight barn style properties, off Station Road, Little Hoole. The rural plot will provide six spacious semi-detached four- & five-bed homes, one large detached four-bed home, and one large detached five-bed home.

Andrew Wright, Managing Director at Create Homes commented: “Following on from the success of our developments in Inskip, we are delighted with our acquisition of this new development site in South Ribble. It is an exciting addition to our expanding portfolio of residential developments.”

Each barn style home has been designed to fit in sympathetically with an existing barn conversion in the locality. The company has confirmed that all of the eight properties will be of high build quality and offer exceptional levels of specification as standard throughout – including Siematic kitchens by Stuart Fraser; integrated Neff appliances; oak veneered doors, security systems, block paving and a fully fenced & turfed rear garden.

As with all our homes, the design team have worked hard to incorporate all the latest trends for contemporary living into their design. I look forward to welcoming families to their new homes in this fantastic countryside location next year.”

Work is due to begin on site in January 2020, with properties released for reservation in the Spring.
