Create Homes achieve second Gold RoSPA award for Health and Safety achievements

North West luxury residential housebuilders, Create Homes, part of the Create Group, is very proud to have achieved a prestigious Gold award for 2021 from RoSPA, in recognition of their continual outstanding Health & Safety performance.

The RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) awards scheme is one of the most prestigious and well established Healthy and Safety schemes in the UK and receives thousands of entries from businesses around the world every year. It recognises organisation’s commitment to continuous improvement in the prevention of accidents and ill health at work and the overarching Health and Safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement. The scheme offers organisations a prime opportunity to benchmark safety performance year-on-year and ensure consistent performance between construction sites.

Create Homes utilise their considerable experience in the delivery of quality residential homes and this year won its second Gold RoSPA Award in a row, having achieved a Gold  Award last year (2020) and a Silver Award back in 2019, the first time they entered the competition.

Due to the continued Government advice regarding Covid-19, the H&S Team were unable to attend the 2021 RoSPA Awards but will be virtually presented with their award during an on-line ceremony in September this year.

Kevin Morris, Construction Director at Create Homes commented: “We are extremely proud to have achieved this award and it is a testament to our fantastic Health and Safety culture.
