Leeds partnership homes developer Lovell has received a top award from national safety organisation RoSPA for its health and safety performance over the past twelve years.
The RoSPA President’s Award recognises the company’s commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the public and its workforce at its construction sites and offices across the region.
Lovell’s Eastern region, which works on homes projects across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the East Midlands, has now gained twelve consecutive Golds in the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards, the UK’s longest-running industry awards scheme.
Julia Small, RoSPA’s Head of Qualifications, Awards and Events, said: “The RoSPA awards are the most highly-respected in the health and safety arena, with almost 2,000 entrants every year, and allow each organisation to prove excellence in the workplace, demonstrating a commitment to the wellbeing of not only employees but all those who interact with it.”
Lovell Regional Managing Director Robert Adams says: “I’m delighted that our dedication to maintaining the highest health and safety standards has again been recognised by this important award from RoSPA. Keeping everyone safe at our sites and offices will always be our priority. The President’s Award underlines this continuing focus as well as the expertise and dedication to safety of our own staff and our subcontractor partners.”
