Developer Lovell Partnerships has appointed Jake Adams as Graduate Land Buyer in the east of the UK, as part of its ongoing strategy to nurture and grow its team in the region.
Jake, who studied real estate and property management at university, joins the team after first taking on work experience at Lovell Partnerships while studying. Jake’s new role will involve researching towns and identifying suitable land opportunities from a variety of sources.
Jake said: “I am excited to be part of Lovell’s growth plans and to work with such an ambitious team. Since studying at university, I knew I wanted to work within the property industry. Having enjoyed my time during my work experience with Lovell, coupled with my preference of certain modules during my degree, I knew I wanted to focus on a career in land acquisition.
“My new role gives me the opportunity to absorb as much information from my colleagues as possible and will allow me to take on new challenges while learning to develop core skills within Lovells’ amazing work environment.
“I’m greatly appreciative of Lovell for the opportunity, and with so many exciting prospects in the pipeline, I cannot wait to grow and develop within the region.”
Christopher Smith, Land and Partnerships Director, said: “We are delighted to have Jake back at team Lovell.
“In the last year, Lovell Partnerships endured its most successful year, and being able to expand our junior team is exciting. Our graduate roles are there to help young people like Jake find a career they enjoy and can envision themselves progressing in. We look forward to investing more in our junior members of the team and seeing what the next year has to offer.”
Since 2021, Lovell Homes has built a total of 346 new homes across the region. In the east of the UK there are currently several key projects in the works, including the recent launch of The Sycamores in Kirk Ella, near Hull, which includes two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, with a number of developments set to open to the public later in the year.
