New Land and Development Consultancy Service launched by Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors.
Leicester headquartered Chartered Surveyors, Edward Cooper Young has launched a new Land and Development Consultancy service; ECY Land.
Born out of demand from existing clients, both developers and lenders, ECY Land will offer and be able to source good quality, thoroughly researched development sites.
Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors was established nine years ago and has grown to 22 staff in this time. It is a multi-professional consultancy offering bespoke solutions in the built environment.
Ashley Cooper, Senior Partner said “Land sourcing, acquisition and management is a highly competitive and complex marketplace but we can offer accurate, professional guidance and support alongside our existing services to both current and new clients. We believe that our breadth of services is unique as we are able to act as a one-stop-shop.”
The services to be offered through ECY Land include: On or Off Market site acquisition (all use classes) from identification to completion, development site appraisals, one-off or retained services, option agreements and conditional purchases, revising existing schemes for planning gain, and specialist Care Home development advice.
Matt Pearce, Land Manager will be heading up ECY Land. He explained: “with our network of contacts in construction, professional services, high street and niche development finance we’re confident ECY Land can add value to any development project or realise the potential of unused land. Our highly experienced team have over 25 years’ experience in dealing with land acquisition and development opportunities. We are incredibly excited about taking this new offering to market.”
