Housebuilder Avant Homes has revealed details of the first homes to be released at its new Cildes Croft development in the village of Kilsby.
The new £15.8m semi-rural development will provide house buyers in Northamptonshire with a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom semi-detached and detached properties, all featuring Avant Homes’ superior specification.
Five housetypes are currently available for purchase at Cildes Croft, including the three-bedroom Kilmington, the four-bedroom Tetbury and Westbury properties and five-bedroom Kirkham and Oakham homes.

Gas hobs feature Hotpoint’s direct flame technology for better heat distribution and faster cooking times.
In the bathrooms buyers will be able to choose from over 50 wall and floor tile combinations across five design schemes, all exclusive to the housebuilder.
In addition Cildes Croft will feature new aluminium bi-fold doors which are thermally efficient, light and easy to operate.
