Crest Nicholson is pleased to announce the appointments of Kieran Daya and Jane Cookson to its Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Kieran, Managing Director of Crest Nicholson Partnerships and Strategic Land (CNPSL) joined the ELT on 1st January, a year after joining the business. As a qualified solicitor, Kieran has worked with some of the country’s largest developers and prior to his current position he was the National Land and Development Director at Vistry Partnerships. As a driven leader in the UK housing market, and with a passion for the built environment, Kieran will bring to the role his vast experience of working on a strategic land portfolio. His appointment to the ELT will also help provide greater support for Crest Nicholson partners. Kieran will continue to manage the CNPSL division in addition to sitting on the ELT.

Jane Cookson, HR Director, was also officially welcomed to the ELT on 1st January 2021 after 18 years with Crest Nicholson. Having joined the business as a HR Manager in 2002, over the past two decades Jane has developed a strong understanding of the industry, the organisation, and its people. Jane will continue to lead the HR function and develop Crest Nicholson’s people strategy as both HR Director and working within the Executive Leadership Team.
