Robert Monkman has been appointed as Regional Managing Director for Churchill’s Midlands region.
Churchill Retirement Living has appointed Robert Monkman as Regional Managing Director for its Midlands region. Based in the Group’s Regional Head Office in Bromsgrove, he joins Churchill’s Operations Board, working alongside Chairman & CEO Spencer McCarthy to develop the Group’s strategic growth plans for the region.
Robert brings a wealth of experience in both Sales & Marketing Director and Regional Managing Director roles, having worked for a number of major housebuilders in both the South West and Midlands regions.

Robert’s predecessor, Alan Perry, will remain in the Midlands region for a short period supporting Robert, before taking up a new role of Operations Director for the North.
