More than 1870 people have already registered their interest in Bellway’s Stoughton Park development, a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes being built off Gartree Road.
Construction work on the 221-home scheme began earlier this year, and the development will officially launch in January, when the first properties will be released onto the market.
Claire Black, Sales Manager for Bellway East Midlands, said: “We have worked closely with the local authority to design a development which will deliver much-needed high-quality housing for the area, and we are very much looking forward to launching Stoughton Park in the new year.
“The development will feature a wide array of different housetypes to suit a range of buyers and all properties will have their own garage or allocated parking. The site is in a sought-after rural location yet is less than a 20-minute drive from Leicester city centre, and the fact that Brookside Primary School is just three minutes away by car makes this an attractive option for families.
“With so many people registering their interest in Stoughton Park, we are expecting the homes to sell quickly once they are released onto the market. I would therefore encourage prospective purchasers to register their interest as soon as possible to ensure they don’t miss out.”
Stoughton Park is part of a wider development of 310 homes which will also include a public open space, woodland and a reconfigured car park providing 91 spaces for the Cow and Plough pub and the commercial units at Stoughton Grange.
