Two brand new showhomes have opened at Buttercup Fields, the latest development from housebuilder William Davis Homes.
Featuring a contemporary collection of two- to four-bedroom family homes in over 15 different designs, Buttercup Fields is located on the edge of the town, with views across the Leicestershire countryside. Unveiled recently, the two new showhomes are four-bedroom detached properties, known as the Denwick and Solent, and have been designed to showcase the quality finishes, top brand appliances and smart home technology that William Davis incorporates.
With bespoke interiors designed and furnished by Edward Thomas Interiors, the Denwick and the Solent feature contrasting décor. Andy Richardson, Managing Director for Edward Thomas Interiors, explained: “The Denwick and Solent are large, spacious properties with flexible layouts and have been a pleasure to furnish and dress.”
“In the Denwick, the design is art deco in style, with marbling and metallics complemented by a pastel colour palette of lilac and grey to provide a modern relevance. By contrast, the Solent has a brighter, more relaxed interior with accent colours of ochre and turquoise alongside furniture to reflect modern living trends.
“To highlight the town’s connection to sporting pedigree, we’ve also themed some of the rooms with rowing and rock climbing accessories, including statement wallpaper. Not to be missed are the specially commissioned, hand-painted murals in the children’s bedrooms; one featuring the iconic Paddington bear and the other filled with buttercups in tribute to the development’s name!”
Stephen Rush, Sales Director at William Davis Homes, added: “Feedback on the new showhomes has been really positive, with many house hunters telling us that they could move in straight away! The Paddington room in the Denwick has been a standout feature and the spacious lounge in the Solent, ideal for both family life and entertaining, has been a pleasant surprise for purchasers. “
Butterclub Fields is located near to local shops, schools, surgeries and amenities within Shepshed, and is also highly commutable from Loughborough, Leicester and Nottingham.
