Sigma Homes has started work on its £16m Mayflower Meadow scheme in Angmering, West Sussex.
It will comprise 40 luxury semi-detached and detached homes ranging from two to four bedrooms, all built to achieve the A EPC-rating.
The first phase of newly completed houses will be ready to move into from spring 2023.
