Freeman Homes has been granted planning permission for a new residential housing development of 39 homes in Weobley, north-west Herefordshire.
Situated on land on the eastern edge of the village, ‘Oaklands Holt’ is a development consisting of 39 two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.The development has been designed to provides a welcoming neighbourhood feel – homes positioned around the communal garden reflect the existing village green layout. The cul-de-sac arrangement enhances the community feel as well as slowing traffic.

The scheme is made up of a mix of terrace, semi-detached and detached homes and is designed to reflect the character of its surroundings.
