New five bedroom home unveiled at Avant’s Morisse Fields development

Avant Homes has unveiled an executive five-bedroom house type at its Morisse Fields development in Moulton.

An new executive five-bedroom house type has been unveiled by Avant Homes at its Morisse Fields development in Moulton which the housebuilder believes will ‘meet growing demand in the area for family homes’.

The development, located on Boughton Road, offers a selection of four and five-bedroom homes. The latest house style to be unveiled is The Oakham, a five-bedroom executive property which features flexible, bright living spaces, high ceilings and bi-folding glass doors at the rear of the home.

The Oakham features Avant Homes’ new specification which the housebuilder believes will, ‘deliver a lifestyle experience unlike any other’.

The ground floor of The Oakham comprises an entrance hall with central staircase. The hall leads through double doors to a lounge with feature bay window, and opposite to a multi-purpose room, which can be used as a study, playroom or formal dining area.

The rear of the home is open plan with kitchen, dining and family areas leading to the bi-fold doors, designed to fill the room with natural light. Integrated appliances are by Hotpoint and feature the brand’s top-of-the-range Class 9 cooking collection.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms – four double rooms and one single. The family bathroom has contemporary sanitaryware with hidden storage and is finished with tiles, which are available in a range of colours, patterns and textures. Buyers can choose from over 50 wall and floor tile combinations across five design schemes.
