Avant Homes has launched a new interior specification.
Currently being rolled out across the company’s developments located throughout Scotland, North East England, Yorkshire and the Midlands, the new specification is the result of Avant Homes’ stated aim of ‘challenging the conventions of the house building industry’.
The company says that kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces and all fixtures and fittings in all its house types have been carefully considered to ensure that buyers can purchase homes that deliver a lifestyle experience unlike any other.
Avant Homes now offers Hotpoint’s Class 9 cooking collection as part of its integrated home and kitchen appliances. The company has also established a partnership with London-based tile retailer Designworks which has created an exclusive collection for Avant Homes of over 50 wall and floor tile options across five design schemes.
Earlier this year, the company also revealed that it would be partnering with British Gas to offer its Hive wireless thermostat as standard in all its homes.

The new specification also features kitchens by Manhattan and Ellis Furniture with a choice of 19 colour palettes. Master bedrooms will feature shaker-style fully fitted wardrobes by Space-Pro in designs exclusive to Avant Homes.
