Morris Property has returned to its established development in Oswestry to build new homes for downsizers and others looking for convenient town centre living.
Shrewsbury-based Morris Property will build nine two-bedroom bungalows in the heart of the market town at Beresford Gardens.
Work is underway and is scheduled to take six months to complete. The homes will be marketed by Morris & Co Homes.
Beresford Gardens was originally developed in 2005 with bungalows and town houses and included the conversion of former school buildings into town houses.

The bungalows will have a traditional brick and render appearance with parking at the front and gardens and patios to the rear. The scheme was designed by Design & Planning Associates Limited in Oswestry.
