Jones Homes Southern has revealed the first images of its latest development on the Isle of Sheppey.
The illustrations provide a glimpse into the design and appearance of the properties that are being built at Shurland Park, a collection of 171 new houses in Minster on Sea.
Shurland Park will be located on land to the north of Jones Homes’ Shurland Place development, which was completed in 2017.
Construction work on the 10.6-acre site has now begun after the housebuilder received planning permission from Swale Borough Council. Both sites will form part of the wider Thistle Hill development which is taking shape at the southern edge of the town.
Sara Stanhope, Sales and Marketing Director for Jones Homes Southern, said: “These computer-generated images give potential buyers a chance to see how the homes at Shurland Park will look. They represent a cross-section of the latest house designs and styles that we will be bringing to this next phase of development at Thistle Hill.
“Shurland Park is the latest example of our ongoing commitment to delivering new homes for the Isle of Sheppey. It follows last year’s completion of our landmark Kingsborough Manor development, where we built 221 large executive homes in Eastchurch.
“This new development will provide a wide mix of properties to meet the high demand for new homes on the Isle of Sheppey.”
The development will include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses as well as six one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with the first homes due to go on sale in the autumn. The first homes should be ready to occupy in the spring of 2023.
