A new housing development is beginning to take shape near Sherfield-on-Loddon, with the first homes set to go on sale in February.
Bellway is building 150 properties at Longfield Place, off Reading Road, between Chineham and Sherfield-on-Loddon, including 60 affordable homes available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
As well as delivering new homes for the local area, the housebuilder is also providing public open space and a children’s play area.
