The first homes at a new canalside development which is transforming a former contractors’ yard in Bourne End are going on sale in August.
Bellway is building 56 new homes at Westbrook Moorings – which has been named to reflect the area’s mooring heritage and nearby Westbrook Mere – off Pix Farm Lane, located alongside the Grand Union Canal.
The first houses will be released for sale at an official launch at the dedicated on site sales centre on Saturday 14th August.
Once complete, the development will provide 33 homes for private sale and 23 affordable properties available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
