The first homes have been released for sale in the final phase of a development in Thakeham.
Bellway’s Abingworth Fields scheme, off Abingworth Crescent, will include a mix of two-bedroom apartments and two to five-bedroom houses, with 75 properties in all, 49 of them for private sale and 26 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.
The sales office was officially opened on Saturday (12 November) and potential customers can now visit the site.

Abingworth Fields is the third phase of a wider scheme of new homes in Thakeham, which has already delivered a community hall, shop, pre-school and sports facilities on land which used to be used for mushroom growing.
The first Bellway homes are due to be completed and ready for their new owners to move into early next year.
There’s currently a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes available to reserve off-plan, with prices starting from £285,000.
