The first homes are now available to buy at a new housing location within the Peters Village development in Wouldham.
Vistry Kent has released the first selection of properties onto the market at Bridgeside Walk, which is being built under the housebuilder’s Linden Homes brand.
A total of 142 new homes are to be delivered at the site, with 113 properties for private sale and 29 affordable homes for low-cost rent or shared ownership.
The 5.46-acre site off Village Road, which sits on the banks of the River Medway, will comprise an array of one and two-bedroom apartments alongside one, two, three and four-bedroom houses.
Millie Groves, marketing manager for Vistry Kent, said: “Bridgeside Walk is our latest development at Peters Village, an exciting project which is creating a brand-new self-contained community on the banks of the River Medway. As the name suggests, Bridgeside Walk sits in a prominent location within the wider development, opposite Peters Bridge which provides an impressive gateway into the neighbourhood.
“From one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom houses, Bridgeside Walk features a wide variety of homes to suit people at all stages of the property ladder and with differing budgets. The broad mix of homes should enable a diverse and vibrant community to blossom and we are looking forward to welcoming residents to Bridgeside Walk when the first homes are completed in November.
“The development is perfect for families looking to lay down roots, as there are several primary and secondary schools in the area, including Wouldham All Saints Church of England Primary School just a short walk away. The site is also handily located for commuters, as it offers easy access to the A228 for connections to the M2 and A20.”
A selection of two and three-bedroom homes are currently available at Bridgeside Walk, with prices starting from £359,995.
The homes are being sold from Vistry’s nearby Osprey Rise development at Peters Village, where the housebuilder is delivering 119 homes under its Bovis Homes brand.
