The final residents have just moved into Deanfield Meadow in Ducklington, Oxfordshire, nine months after its launch, marking the completion of Deanfield Homes’ first development.
Deanfield Meadow comprised fourteen homes for private sale and twelve affordable homes, ranging from two-bedroom semi-detached to four-bedroom detached homes. Each home has been designed to complement the style of the existing local homes and feature integrated appliances and garage or parking space.
Peter Blades, Managing Director of Deanfield Homes commented: “As a company we pride ourselves on building high quality homes in sought after locations that integrate well into established communities, so we are delighted to have completed our first development, in the picturesque village of Ducklington.”
As part of the planning permission, Deanfield Homes has provided £184,000 of work and financial contributions to the village as part of the section 106 agreement. This includes a new footpath which links the village to the recreation ground.
Deanfield Homes has two further developments underway in Oxfordshire, Deanfield Grove in Tackley, which is already over 80% reserved/sold and Deanfield Grange in Shipton-Under-Wychwood, which has just started on site and is expected to launch in the Autumn.
Deanfield Grove features 26, two-, three- and four-bedroom family homes. Deanfield Grange, which is located in the heart of the Cotswolds, will feature a selection of three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes built in a traditional style.
