Deanfield MeadowDeanfield Homes | Deanfield Meadow, Ducklington, Oxfordshire
The final residents have moved into Deanfield Meadow in Ducklington, Oxfordshire, nine months after its launch, marking the completion of Deanfield Homes’ first development.

Deanfield Meadow comprised fourteen homes for private sale and twelve affordable homes, ranging from two-bedroom semi-detached to four-bedroom detached homes. Regalpoint HomesRegalpoint Homes | Regal Gate, Royal Tunbridge Wells
The final home at Regal Gate, Regalpoint Homes’ development in Royal Tunbridge Wells, has been sold. Launched in Spring 2018 the first new home, a two-bedroom property, was reserved on the day. The final home was reserved in February this year.

Family owned developer & contractor, Durkan, has announced that the last of the 47 apartments at The Exchange, Aylesbury development have now launched. The one- and two-bedroom apartments have been produced as hi-spec homes designed to take advantage of the new public space and restaurants The Exchange provides.

A new waterside development in Milton Keynes, ‘Campbell Wharf’ has been opened by Crest Nicholson. Situated on Grand Union Canal, the development will bring 383 new homes to the area, 51 houses and 332 apartments. It will also feature a 111-berth marina and new businesses, including a waterside pub, café and restaurant.

Two new show homes have been opened at Kier Living Eastern’s new development The Grove, situated in the village of Willingham. ‘The Pinewood’ is a three-bedroom home offering an open-plan kitchen/dining layout, together with a garden and an en suite bathroom to the master bedroom. ‘The Rutherford’, is a four-bedroom home benefitting from a separate living room, dining room, study and utility room, a master bedroom with an en suite and double fitted wardrobes, together with three further bedrooms.

Bellway | Kingsland Gate, Hassocks
The first spade has been put in the ground as building work to provide new homes begins in Hassocks. Housebuilder Bellway is transforming the 9.65-hectare site at the south-eastern edge of Hassocks Golf Club into a development of 165 new homes.

The development – to be called Kingsland Gate – will include 50 affordable homes. Daniel Williamson, Head of Sales for Bellway South London, said: “We are now looking forward to progressing our building work on-site before we release the first homes for sale in Spring 2020.”

Bellway is set to make more than £1.8 million in financial contributions to local schools and community facilities as part of the Section 106 planning agreement for the Kingsland Gate development. Kingsland Gate will occupy the south-eastern part of the golf club, with part of the planned reconfigured golf course to the west. Find out more…
