Crest Nicholson has secured planning permission for a new development, Hereford Grange in the village of Holmer, Herefordshire.
Comprising 46 contemporary homes for private sale, the development will offer a collection of two, three and four-bedroom houses.
The housebuilder says that the homes available at Hereford Grange will be constructed with sustainable materials to limit the development’s carbon footprint. Each house has been designed to improve heat retention and energy efficiency, significantly cutting building waste, time on site and electricity bills for homeowners.
Vanessa MacNee, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Midlands, commented: “As part of our continued commitment to invest in new homes in the Midlands, we are excited to have been granted planning permission for Hereford Grange, adding to Crest Nicholson’s already strong offering for home buyers in the region.”
