Bellway is putting the finishing touches to its Ashtree Gardens development in Ashby de la Zouch as the four-year construction project nears completion.
The housebuilder has delivered 135 new homes at the development off Burton Road, where only a handful of homes remain for sale.
Ashtree Gardens forms part of a wider new neighbourhood being constructed in conjunction with Ashberry Homes, with the planning agreement for the overall development helping to fund the planting of 10,000 trees in the nearby National Forest.
Marie Richards, Sales Director at Bellway West Midlands, said: “Ashtree Gardens has been popular with buyers looking for a new home at a modern development and there are now just seven homes left for sale.
“The final selection of homes marks the end of a successful project where we have worked closely with the local community in Ashby since 2017 to deliver these much-needed new homes.”
Ashtree Gardens is a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes located on the doorstep of the National Forest.
The final houses remaining for sale include the Cherry design, a three-bedroom semi-detached home, and the Oak, a four-bedroom detached home.
As well as providing new housing for the local area, the development has seen the creation of new public open space, two ponds and a children’s play area.
Marie said: “Ashtree Gardens has been particularly popular with families and first-time buyers, and more than 40 homes at the development have been snapped up by buyers taking their first steps on the property ladder.”
Prices for the final homes available to buy at Ashtree Gardens start at £249,995 for the three-bedroom Cherry.
