Bellway has opened a new showhome at its Wavendon Chase development in Wavendon.
The three-bedroom semi-detached Chandler house type is available to view by appointment only, in-line with coronavirus restrictions.
It is the third showhome to be opened at the development off Newport Road, where Bellway is building a range of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses.
Luke Southgate, Sales Director for Bellway Northern Home Counties, said: “Having three different properties open for viewings will enable us to showcase a broad selection of the house designs available at Wavendon Chase.
“This latest addition will complement the three-bedroom Turner and four-bedroom Carlisle showhomes which customers have visited to help inform their buying choices. The Chandler has been designed with family living in mind. It features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room, family bathroom, and en suite facilities to the main bedroom.”
Prices for the homes at Wavendon Chase currently range from £217,500 to £490,000. The first residents have already moved into their homes at the development and construction work is due to be completed by the end of this year.
Luke said: “Wavendon Chase offers the best of both town and country living. The development is within walking distance of Wavendon village centre in one direction and just a 10-minute drive from Milton Keynes in the other. Even closer to home are the shops and restaurants at the Kingston Centre, less than a mile away.
“The homes here are proving particularly popular with families and commuters. There is a wide choice of primary schools within a two-mile radius and Milton Keynes railway station is just a short drive away. Having access to outdoor space has become increasingly important to homeowners during lockdown, and nearby Ouzel Park offers plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling.”
Bellway has also started construction work at its neighbouring Wavendon View development. This collection of 239 homes is due to launch later this month.
