Bellway is making a major investment in Gloucestershire by building 650 new homes and providing more than £6.7 million in funding for local projects and infrastructure improvements.
The housebuilder is delivering 465 homes at Pirton Fields off Cheltenham Road East in Churchdown, including 238 under its Ashberry Homes brand, alongside an investment of more than £6.1 million in local services.
Millbrook Grove, a development of 135 homes in Brockworth, and a 50-scheme in Hempsted called Sandalwood Green are also currently under construction.
Of the 650 homes across the three developments, 219 are being provided as affordable housing.

Between them, these two developments delivered 168 new homes and funding of £653,510 for local services and infrastructure.
