North East housebuilder Avant Homes has unveiled its latest collection of design-led homes at its £47.4m Cygnet Park development in North Tyneside.
The housebuilder has released its newest selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes having already sold more than 50% of properties at the 200-home development.

Avant Homes North East currently has 12 developments under construction stretching from North Tyneside to Yarm in Teesside.
