Derbyshire-based housebuilder, Peveril Homes, is set to launch its latest development, The Courtyard at Heritage Park, on 27th October.
Situated in the village of Tutbury, Staffordshire, The Courtyard will be adjacent to Peveril’s existing development, Heritage Park. It offers a selection of two- and three-bedroom mews-style homes, as well as two additional five-bedroom detached properties.
Peveril Homes’ believes this development is ‘its most unique development, with nothing else like it in the surrounding area’. This is also the first development from Peveril Homes where the majority of homes are single-storey.
